Designated baby changing and nursing stations will not be available at this time.

Dogs and other pets are not permitted onsite, as there will be birds of prey in attendance. However, ADA-recognized service dogs are welcome at this event.

We will have a range of food selections available at our food trucks throughout the event, run by local businesses and serving a variety of delectables to keep you going. While we do not permit outside alcohol on the premises, feel free to stop by “The Bearded Goose” Irish Pub for a pint of ale or a drop of cider!

Please do not bring any outside food, coolers, ice chests, birthday cakes, outside alcohol, or other outside beverages, except water.

Please be advised that our vendors’ menu items may contain gluten and the “Big 8” allergens (Milk, Eggs, Fish, Shellfish, Wheat, Soy, Peanuts, and Tree Nuts) or may have come in contact with items containing gluten or the Big 8 allergens. In addition, food vendors may change their formulation or manner of preparation without our knowledge.

There will be plenty of seating and picnic tables available around the park, but feel free to bring your own camping chairs and/or picnic blankets. Full picnic and dining sets are not allowed at this event.

Please note that the lawn is uneven and there are the occasional gopher holes, so please watch your step, and use the walking path if you are unsure of your footing.

We have a number of portable toilets located within the festival. Please use them considerately and leave them for the next person as you would wish to find them.

There will be waste bins throughout Lagoon Park for you to dispose of your waste. We have Dry Mixed Recycling and General Waste, and all waste is sorted offsite. Please help us minimize damage to the park by either binning your waste, or taking it home with you.

• Flash photography can be very distracting and even dangerous for performers. We ask that you turn off your flash on your phone or camera.
• Drone use is not permitted. (Especially in proximity to the Civic Center.)
• Do not walk backwards while using a camera/camera phone. The ground is uneven, and falls happen when attention is elsewhere.

We would much prefer you keep your phones in your pockets and celebrate the event with us. Leave your hands free to clap and your eyes free to watch. If you must record our event, please do so in a respectful manner.

We do not permit patrons to bring or use the following items on our event site:

• Outside food or beverages. (Exceptions made for medical or baby needs.)
• Coolers, large bags, ice chests or luggage. There is no coat or parcel check on site.
• Glass of any kind.
• Fire Props.
• Fire pits, BBQs, or firewood.
• Flammable liquids.
• Dogs or other pets. ADA-recognized service dogs are welcome.
• Drones.

A Random Search Policy may be in effect. The event safety team reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone.
